Return Policy

At Albie's Art, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made products tailored to your specifications. Due to the nature of our custom manufacturing process, our return policy is structured to ensure fairness to both the client and our team. Please review the following terms before placing your order.
1. Custom Products
All custom-manufactured pieces, including but not limited to challenge coins, 3D CGI models, and architectural documents, are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started. Custom work is specifically created based on your unique requests, and as such, these items cannot be restocked or resold.
No Returns on Custom Orders: Since each custom piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any completed custom products.
2. Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, and we offer a window for cancellations before production reaches the CNC Proof Stage. Below are the terms for canceling a custom project:
Cancellations Before CNC Proof Stage: You may cancel your project up until the CNC Proof Stage without penalty. Any payments made before this stage will be refunded, minus any non-refundable deposits or costs incurred up to that point (e.g., design fees).
After CNC Proof Stage: Once your project reaches the CNC Proof Stage (where production files have been prepared and final approval is required), no refunds will be issued and the project cannot be canceled. At this point, significant resources and time have been allocated to your project.
3. CNC Proof Stage Approval
Before entering full production, you will be provided with a CNC Proof for your approval. This proof outlines the final design specifications for your custom product.
Approval Required: You must review and approve the CNC Proof before production can continue. This is the final step where any design changes or adjustments can be made.
Proceeding with Production: Once you approve the CNC Proof, the project moves into manufacturing, and no further changes or cancellations can be made.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not accept returns on custom pieces, we will replace or repair any products that arrive damaged or defective due to manufacturing errors.
Reporting a Defect: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues. Provide photos and a description of the defect, and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
Replacement or Repair: If the product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturing error, we will offer a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
