Services Overview

Custom Coins: We design and produce custom challenge coins tailored to your specifications.

CGI Asset Development: We create high-quality 3D assets, including characters, environments, and props for various applications.

Architectural Designing: We provide architectural design services, including the preparation of construction documents and 3D renderings.

Orders and Payments

Order Process: To place an order, contact us with your project details. We will provide a quote and project timeline. Upon your approval, we will commence work.

Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. A deposit may be required to start the project, with the balance due upon completion.

Pricing: Prices are based on project complexity, materials, and timelines. All prices are quoted in United States Dollars and are subject to change.

Custom Coins

Design Approval: We will provide design proofs for your approval before production. It is your responsibility to review and approve the designs carefully.

Production Time: Production times vary based on order size and complexity. We will provide an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation.

Shipping: Shipping costs and times will be specified in the order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Returns and Refunds: Custom coins are made to order and cannot be returned. Refunds will only be issued for defective products reported within 7 days of receipt.

CGI Asset Development

Project Specifications: You must provide detailed project specifications, including references and design requirements. We will work closely with you to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

Revisions: We offer a limited number of revisions as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Delivery: Final assets will be delivered in the agreed-upon format. We ensure compatibility with your specified software or platform.

Ownership: Upon full payment, you receive the rights to use the CGI assets for your specified purposes. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Architectural Designing

Project Scope: You must provide detailed project requirements, including site surveys, design preferences, and regulatory information. We will create a project plan based on this information.

Revisions and Approvals: We offer revisions to the design documents to ensure compliance with your requirements. Final approval is required before construction documents are issued.

Delivery and Timeline: We will provide an estimated timeline for project completion. Timely delivery depends on your prompt feedback and approval at each project stage.

Permits and Compliance: We ensure that our designs meet local building codes. However, obtaining permits is your responsibility. We can assist with the permitting process if required.

Intellectual Property

Custom Coins: Design rights for custom coins belong to us until full payment is received. Upon payment, you obtain the rights to use the design.

CGI Assets: Ownership of CGI assets transfers to you upon full payment. We retain the right to use the assets for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Architectural Designs: You receive a license to use the architectural designs for your specified project upon full payment. Reuse of the designs for other projects requires our consent.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Polk County, FL. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Polk County, FL.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
